Ishika Gramin Micro Foundation

Our office for the Ishika Gramin Micro Foundation is over at Sector-1 in Gomti Nagar Vistar. We are in the Sulabh Awash area, specifically Block A-74, at number A- 74/24/01. Gomti Nagar Vistar is still growing, so there is always some construction happening around us. Our place is in one of those residential complexes, which means we are surrounded by families and regular life. It’s not a big corporate headquarters. It’s just a flat that we use to run the foundation. We have a few rooms set up with desks and chairs. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the neighbors, but we don't mind. It feels more like a community that way. We spend most of our time here managing the accounts and talking to people who visit. The space is a bit tight because we have so many files and folders everywhere. We don't have a fancy board or anything, just a small nameplate. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs to get up. Most of the people working here live in Lucknow and commute in. We've been at this Sulabh Awash location for a while now. It’s a functional spot that lets us do our work without too much fuss. It is a simple, no-frills environment for everyone involved. We just keep our heads down and get the work done each day.
