Ishank Agro Private Limited

We are also located in the Times House building on Rana Pratap Marg here in Lucknow. Like some of the other businesses in the building, Ishank Agro is on the second floor in rooms 29/4 and 29/5. It is a very central place to be, right in the heart of the city. We do a lot of the backend work for the agro industry. There are files everywhere because we still like to keep physical records of most things. It just feels safer that way. The office isn't very big, but we make it work. We have a couple of ceiling fans that have been around for years and they still work perfectly. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time, so we are more like a small family than a corporate team. We spend our time talking to suppliers and making sure the logistics for the agricultural products are moving along. Lucknow can be very hot in the summer, so we tend to start our days quite early to get the main work done before it gets too stuffy in the office. We don't have a mission statement or any of that corporate talk. We just show up, do the work that needs to be done, and try to keep things running smoothly. It is a simple, honest way to run a business and it has served us well so far. Nothing is too complicated when you just focus on the basics.
