Innovation Ias

We are based in Sector G of Aliganj, specifically at B-16. It’s very close to Kendriya Bhawan, so it’s a landmark most people in Lucknow know. Innovation Ias is basically a house turned into a learning center. It doesn't look like an office building from the outside. Inside, the rooms are converted into study halls. We have a lot of books stacked up in every corner. The atmosphere is pretty serious because the exams the students are preparing for are quite tough. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just keep the gates open and the lights on. The neighborhood is fairly residential, so it stays relatively quiet, which helps with the concentration. We’ve been here in the 226024 area for a while now. Students usually sit in groups or on their own with thick stacks of newspapers and journals. We provide the space and the guidance, but the hard work is all theirs. It’s a very human place. We know the names of the kids and what they are struggling with. We don't have a corporate mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar with exam dates circled in red. It’s a straightforward, local place for people who are trying to better their future through some old-fashioned studying. We drink a lot of chai and keep the pens moving all day long.
