Our building is easy to spot once you get onto the right lane. We have been here for a while. The office isn't very large, just enough space for our desks and a small corner for tea. In the mornings, you can hear the local vegetable sellers calling out on the street. It’s a nice part of Lucknow. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who live nearby and walk to work. The front door is a bit heavy and the bell is quite loud, so we always know when someone is coming. Inside, there are shelves filled with folders and some old calendars on the walls. We don't go for fancy decorations. Most of our day is spent talking to people or typing on the computer. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but that's just how it is here. We just wait for it to come back and keep going. Gomti Nagar has changed a lot with new shops and cafes, but our little corner in Vishal Khand stays pretty much the same. It feels like home to us. We keep our doors open for anyone who needs to stop by during the day.
