Hope Sprout Foundation

Hope Sprout Foundation is run out of Flat No-302 in the Coronation Kalindi Apartments. We are located in the Vijayeeepur area, right off the Faizabad Road in Lucknow. It’s not a big corporate building; it’s an apartment where we’ve set up our workspace to keep things simple. This makes things feel a bit more personal and less like a cold office. We don't have any staff in suits or big boardrooms. It’s just a flat with some office equipment and a lot of work to do. Lucknow is a great city, and being on FZD Road means we are easy to get to, though the traffic outside can be a bit much during rush hour. We don’t use marketing speak or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a small foundation trying to do some good from our third-floor office. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, or it gets a bit noisy with the families living nearby, but we just get on with things. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall, just a lot of folders and a calendar that’s usually full of notes. It’s a practical way to work. We like the local feel of being in an apartment complex. It keeps us grounded. We don’t have any flashy brochures. We just show up, do the work, and go home when the day is done. It’s a simple life.
