Our location is at No. 5 Nanda Bhavan on Sapru Marg. This is right in the Hasratganj area, which is usually crowded and full of energy. Allied Dental & Medical Supplier takes up a decent amount of space in the building. We have stacks of medical kits and dental supplies piled up in the corners. The hallways are a bit narrow because we have so much stock arriving every few days. It is a lot of lifting and moving crates from the delivery trucks. The walls have a few scuff marks from where the carts hit them. We have a small area where we sit to talk to customers or take phone calls. The phone rings a lot during the middle of the day. We use old-fashioned clipboards to keep track of what is leaving the warehouse. The air inside is a bit still, so we keep the windows open when the weather allows it. You can hear the sounds of the city outside, mostly horns and people talking on the sidewalk. It is a practical environment where the main goal is just getting the right medical tools to the right people. We don't have any bright lights or flashy displays. It is just a working space with a lot of heavy shelves and a lot of work to get through before the sun goes down. Most of the time, we are just checking invoices against the boxes on the floor and making sure the inventory counts are correct.
