Hair Cating

We have been operating out of this small shop in Sultaanpur for quite a while now. It’s located in the Goshainganj area of Lucknow, right where the main road gets busy. Honestly, it’s just a simple place for a haircut. We don't have those fancy leather chairs or expensive lighting you see in the big city malls. Our chairs are a bit old but they do the job just fine. My cousin and I started this because we knew the people around here needed a regular spot. You can find us easily enough. We keep the door open to let the air in, even though it gets a bit dusty with the trucks passing by. Most of the men in the village come here on Sundays to get cleaned up for the week. We have a couple of mirrors and some basic tools like scissors and combs that we’ve used for years. It’s not a place where you’ll find a spa treatment. We just do hair and maybe a shave if you’re in the mood for it. Sometimes the wait is a bit long when the neighbor’s kids all come at once, but we have a wooden bench where you can sit and chat. We like to keep things quiet and friendly. It’s a small life but it’s ours. We don't have any big plans to expand or anything. We just like being the local spot in Sultaanpur.
