Even though our name mentions New Delhi, this specific office is actually located at C 2348 in Indira Nagar, Lucknow. It’s a bit of a trip from the capital, but we like it here in Uttar Pradesh. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s a bit more peaceful than the big city. We handle a variety of business services and data processing tasks. The office is set up in a way that’s simple and functional. We have our computers, some printers that occasionally jam, and enough chairs for everyone. Most of the folks working here live within a few kilometers, so we all know the local area pretty well. We don’t have a big HR department or anything complicated. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We spend most of our time looking at spreadsheets and making sure everything balances out. The power goes out once in a while, but we have a backup to keep things moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We just focus on getting the tasks finished by the deadline. It’s just a group of people working hard in Lucknow, keeping things organized for the people we serve. It might not be the most exciting work, but it is important to us and we take it seriously every day.
