We are situated at 8 141 in Sector 8 of Indira Nagar, Lucknow. This area is a bit more relaxed than the crazy pace of places like Mumbai or Delhi, which we do not mind at all. Our 3I Infotech office here is where we handle various technical tasks and data work. It is a pretty standard office setup with computers, some uncomfortable chairs, and a lot of extension cords running across the floor. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. Lucknow has its own rhythm, and we follow that here. We take our tea breaks seriously and usually go out to the local corner to get some fresh chai and snacks in the afternoon. It is a good way to clear our heads before getting back to the screens. We do not talk much about corporate strategy or anything like that. We just look at what needs to be fixed or updated and we get to it. The building is just a normal part of the neighborhood, and most of us have been working together here for a while now. We know each other's habits and how everyone likes their coffee. It is a practical, honest way to spend the workday. We just do the work, keep the systems going, and handle whatever technical issues come up during the week.
