You can find us over at Shiva Plaza in Jankipuram, which is pretty close to the Engineering College Chauraha here in Lucknow. Being near the college means we get a lot of students coming in, especially on the weekends when they have some free time. The area stays pretty active with all the traffic coming through the junction. Our salon is just a straightforward place for men to get their grooming done. We have the usual setup with chairs, mirrors, and the sound of the radio or the TV in the background. Sometimes the traffic noise from outside is louder than anything else, but that is just how it is in this part of Lucknow. We do haircuts, shaves, and the occasional face wash for those who've been out in the dust all day. It’s not one of those expensive places with coffee machines and soft music. We just use standard stuff and focus on the work. People from the nearby apartments and the students from the hostel seem to find us easily enough. The shop is usually at its busiest in the evenings when everyone is finishing up their classes or work. We stay open pretty late to make sure everyone who needs a trim can get one. It is a simple business run by people who know the neighborhood well and want to provide a basic service to the locals without charging too much for it.
