Gaon Gazat Foundation

Gaon Gazat Foundation is situated over in Ganeshpur, specifically at Plot Number 16, Kha Number 617. We’re in the Rahman Pur area, near the Matiyari Chauraha in Chinhat. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but that’s where we are located. We’re rooted in this local area and we don't plan on going anywhere else. This place is a mix of homes and small shops. We aren't a big corporation with a shiny glass office. Our setup is pretty basic. We use this space to keep track of our work in the surrounding villages and neighborhoods. Most of the people involved here are just locals who wanted to do something useful. We don't have a big budget for fancy things, so we just make do with what we have. Sometimes the office is a mess with papers and maps, but we know where everything is. Chinhat is a busy area, and being near the chauraha means we see a lot of people passing through every day. We like the connection to the ground here. It’s not always easy, and some days it feels like we aren't making much progress, but we keep showing up. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just deal with the daily tasks as they come. It’s a practical, local effort and we’re happy to be right here in Ganeshpur. It feels right for the kind of work we do.
