Fine Hair Cutting Saloon

The shop is located at Number 39 in the Manik Moti Complex. If you know Thimayya Road, you know it gets quite a bit of traffic from the Cantt area. I started this place because I wanted to work for myself and I knew a bit about cutting hair from my uncle. We have been here in Lucknow for a few years now. The complex is okay, it stays cool enough in the summer. We have a few mirrors that are starting to show their age at the edges, but they still work fine for seeing what we are doing. I mostly do simple cuts for men and boys. Nothing too complicated or modern, just what people ask for. Sometimes a group of friends will come in together and sit on the bench talking while I work. It makes the day go by faster. We don't have a big sign outside, just the one the landlord let us put up. Cantt Road is just around the corner, so we get a lot of people passing by on their way home. I try to stay open until late evening so workers can stop in after they finish their shifts. It is a simple life running a shop like this. We don't use any expensive products or anything like that. Just soap, water, and some regular hair oil. If you need a haircut and you're in the neighborhood, we are usually around from morning till night.
