Farhan Collection & Beauty Parlour

We have been running Farhan Collection & Beauty Parlour for quite some time now over at Om Plaza in the Indira Nagar area. Our spot is right near 17 Sabji Mandi, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. It is a bit of a double setup since we have the clothes collection and the beauty parlour services all in one place. Most days, I am the one opening up the shutters early before the market gets too crowded. We have some racks with different outfits and then a couple of chairs in the back for the parlour side of things. It is not a very big space, but we have managed to fit everything in. Sometimes the smell of the vegetable market drifts in, but that is just part of being in this part of Lucknow. People usually drop by after they finish their grocery shopping. We see a lot of regular faces from around the neighborhood. It gets a bit hectic on weekends when everyone wants something new to wear or needs a quick trim. We don't have any fancy signs or big advertisements, just the name on the door. It is a simple life running a shop like this. We handle everything ourselves, from organizing the stock to cleaning up the hair from the floor. The floors are a bit worn down from all the walking, but it shows we've been busy. We just keep going day by day.
