Our office is in Sector A of Kapoorthala, specifically at C-006. Aliganj is a lively part of Lucknow, and we like being right in the middle of it. We deal with global services at Edukhoj, which usually means helping people figure out how to study or work in other countries. Coordination and keeping track of different requirements takes up a lot of our time. A massive corporation with hundreds of employees is not what we are. Instead, we are just a small group of people working from this practical office. Computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of space for files are all we need. People come to us with a lot of questions because they are often confused by all the information they find online. Sitting down with them to sort through it all is a big part of the job. It is a slow process sometimes. Polished sales pitches aren't really our style. We just explain the steps and what needs to be done. Kapoorthala is a good spot because there are many students around here. We see them walking by every day and sometimes they pop in for a quick chat. Being part of the neighborhood is nice. Focusing on the details of each case is necessary because every person’s situation is different. It keeps us busy from morning until evening here in Aliganj. We try to keep the desk clutter under control while we work.
