Dua Travel Services is located at Gf-57 in the Ansal City Centre. We are right on China Bazar Road, which is always humming with people. Being right by the Tulsi Theatre means there is always something going on outside our window. People come in all the time asking about train tickets or how to get a visa for a trip abroad. It can be a real headache trying to figure out all the rules these days, so we just sit here and try to make sense of the paperwork. We aren't some giant travel website; we are just people sitting at desks in Hazratganj. China Bazar Road has been our home base and we like being in the middle of the city. Most of our day is spent looking at computer screens and talking to airlines or bus companies. Sometimes the systems go down and we have to wait, which is frustrating for everyone, but that's just how it goes. We don't have any secret tricks, we just know which forms to fill out. If you're walking past the theatre, you can't miss the Ansal City Centre. We keep the office open during regular hours and try to help anyone who walks through the door. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but it’s a good place to work. We just handle the travel details so people don't have to worry about the small stuff that comes with planning a trip. It’s just us doing our job day in and day out.
