Drishti Institute For Competition

Our building is situated right at Janakpuri Tiraha in Rajendra Nagar. If you know Lucknow, you know how that intersection gets during rush hour. It's quite a lively area to be in every day. Inside the institute, things are a bit more focused, though you can still hear the rickshaws honking outside sometimes. We’ve got several rooms filled with rows of benches. Most of the time, those benches are full of students with their heads down, scribbling in notebooks. We spend a lot of time organizing notes and making sure the lights are working properly in the back rooms. It’s not a corporate office, just a place where people come to study for their exams. There’s always a stack of old newspapers and magazines near the entrance. The tea stall around the corner is where most of us head when there's a quick break. We don't spend much on decorations; the walls are mostly covered with schedules and handwritten notices. It feels like a real workspace. Some days are long, especially when exam dates are close, and the energy in the rooms gets a bit intense. We try to keep things organized, but with so many students coming and going from different parts of Lucknow, it can get a bit chaotic by the afternoon. We just deal with things as they come and keep the focus on the books.
