Dovsons Hair & Beauty Point

Our shop is tucked away in D-102 at Sahara Plaza in Gomti Nagar. If you know where Patrakarpuram is then finding us isn't too hard. We have been running Dovsons for some time now and it is basically a neighborhood spot for hair and basic beauty stuff. The plaza can be a bit quiet during the afternoons but we are usually inside dealing with someone’s haircut or threading. It is not a very large place so it gets cramped if three or four people walk in at the same time. We have the usual mirrors and the adjustable chairs that sometimes creak a little when you sit down. Most of our regulars live nearby in Gomti Nagar and they just walk over when they need a trim. We handle men’s hair and women’s beauty work too. The floor gets covered in hair pretty quickly so we are always sweeping it up throughout the day. We don't use any high-end machines or anything like that. It’s just the basic stuff you expect at a local parlor. Sometimes the air conditioner takes a bit to cool the room down when it's really hot outside in Lucknow. We keep some old magazines on the table for people waiting. It is just a normal day-to-day business for us here. We open up in the morning and stay until the last customer is done. Nothing fancy, just honest work in a small plaza shop.
