You can find us over at C-3/172 Vijayant Khand here in Lucknow. We are City Children Hospital Lucknow Private Limited, and as the name says, we mostly see kids and their families all day. The building is tucked into the neighborhood, so it feels more like a part of the community rather than some giant institution. It’s usually quite noisy with children running around or crying, but that is just part of the job when you work in a place like this. We have different rooms set up for the kids, and we try to keep things simple. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint in some spots, but we are more focused on keeping the rooms functional and safe. The parking around Vijayant Khand can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, so people usually end up parking down the street. Our team is a mix of folks who have been here for years and some newer faces. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing. Most people find out about us from their neighbors or just because they live nearby. It’s a busy life here with vaccinations and check-ups and parents asking a lot of questions. We just take it one day at a time and try to make sure everything is in order before we head home. The office part of the hospital is always buried in files because of the kids' records and the insurance paperwork that never seems to end.
