Chiranjeev Multispeciality Hospital Private Limited is situated right along Kanpur Road, which is always busy with traffic and people moving about. We are located care of Sanjay Tripathi’s place. It’s a pretty standard building for this area, nothing too flashy on the outside, but we keep things moving inside. Being on a main road means we see a lot of people coming and going all day long. The hospital has been around for a bit and we handle all sorts of different cases, which keeps the staff on their toes. It gets pretty loud outside with the horns and the buses, but you get used to it after a week or two of working here. We don't have a big corporate lobby with expensive art or anything. It’s more about the rows of chairs and the desks where people sign in. Sometimes the power acts up or the water pressure is a bit low, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a local place for local people, mostly. We have doctors coming in at different hours and the night shift guys have their own routine with tea and biscuits. Working on Kanpur Road has its challenges but it makes us easy to find for anyone traveling through. We just try to keep the floors clean and the paperwork organized while the doctors do their thing with the patients. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but it is what we do.
