Swastik Chest Clinic

Swastik Chest Clinic is right opposite the police station in Krishna Nagar. We are also quite near the Mahashakti Nivas Mandir, so that is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. Being near the police station means there is always some activity on the street outside. Inside the clinic, things are a bit more quiet. Since it is a chest clinic, we see a lot of people with coughs or breathing problems. We have some equipment for checking lungs, and it sits in the corner of the room. The space is not very big, so we have to be careful about how many people we let in at once. There is a small counter where you check in, and usually, there is a pile of newspapers for people to look at while they wait. The walls have some posters about health, but they are getting a bit old now. We have been in Krishna Nagar for a while, and the locals know us well. Sometimes the bells from the mandir can be heard inside, which is actually quite nice. We open early because people with breathing issues often feel worse in the morning. It is a simple setup, no fancy decorations or anything like that. Just a few rooms, some chairs, and a desk. We just focus on the work and making sure everyone gets seen. It can get cold in winter.
