There’s no corporate ladder to climb here. We’re all just working together to keep the business going. Sometimes the road to get here is a bit bumpy, but we don't mind. It’s part of being in this part of Lucknow. We don't have any big brochures or promotional videos. We just rely on doing a decent job for the people who hire us. It’s a simple life and a simple business. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and figuring things out. It might not be fancy, but it works for us.
