Brilliance Ias

We are based at LMP-3 in Sector-C of Aliganj, Lucknow. It’s a fairly central location and easy enough to reach for anyone living on this side of the city. At Brilliance Ias, we mostly focus on preparing people for their exams. It’s a lot of reading and a lot of sitting at desks. The office is pretty basic, with shelves full of books and papers everywhere. We don’t really go in for fancy decorations because we are usually too busy with the study materials. It can get quite intense when exam dates are approaching, and you’ll often find us here late into the evening. We have a small staff who knows the syllabus inside and out, but we talk to everyone like regular people, not like some corporate trainers. There’s a certain routine to life here in Sector-C. We see the same faces every day and we’ve gotten to know the regular students well. Some people travel from quite far to get here, while others just walk from nearby streets in Aliganj. It’s a serious environment because the exams are hard, but we try to keep things grounded. We drink a lot of chai and spend hours discussing different topics. There isn't a lot of mystery to what we do; we just provide a place and the materials for people to study. It’s worked for us for a while now and we don't plan on changing much. We just keep our heads down and work.
