We started this because we saw so many students around Shankarpuri who needed a quiet place to study and someone to explain things clearly. Our building isn't anything fancy. It’s a practical space where we’ve set up some tables and chairs. Some days it’s quiet, and other days it’s quite noisy with everyone talking at once. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people writing fancy slogans. It’s just us, the teachers, and the students who live nearby. We’ve been in this part of Lucknow for a while and we’ve seen how the neighborhood has changed. Getting here can be a bit tricky if you aren't used to the backstreets of Kamta, but most locals know where we are. We try to keep things simple. If a student is struggling, we sit down and work through it. There’s no complicated system or high-tech gadgets, just old-fashioned teaching. Sometimes we run out of chalk or the power goes out for an hour, but we just carry on. It’s a small, family-like environment. We like it that way because we actually get to know the people who come here. It feels more like a community than a business operation.
