This shop is inside Hotel Clarks Awadh. It is right at 8 M G Marg in Lucknow. Being near Parivartan Chowk means there is always something going on right outside the doors. We see many people coming in from the Kd Babu Singh Stadium which is just a short walk away. Avadh Hair Stylist & Beauty Parlour is a bit of an old-school kind of spot. We have been here for many years, just doing hair and some basic beauty stuff. It is not one of those new flashy salons you see in the malls. We have regular clients who have been coming to us since they were very young. The hotel setting keeps it relatively quiet inside even when MG Marg is packed with cars and people. We handle both men and women. Sometimes the athletes from the stadium stop by after their practice for a quick trim. It is a convenient spot if you are already in the city center. We don't do much in the way of advertising or marketing. People just know we are here at the 226001 address. We usually open around mid-morning. The staff here knows how to do a decent shave or a simple hair cut. We have the usual chairs and some old magazines for people to read. It feels like home to us.
