Anjali Beauty Parlour & Training Centre

Anjali Beauty Parlour & Training Centre is over in Lucknow at M3/882 in Sector H of the LDA Colony. We are quite near the Aashiyana Chauraha, which is a major crossing that stays crowded from morning until night. Our place is a mix of a regular beauty shop and a spot where we teach girls the basics of the business. You will see some people getting their hair done while others are sitting in a corner learning how to use a thread or a brush. It is a very local setup, nothing like those big institutes you see in the center of the city. We have been in LDA Colony for quite a while and most of the neighbors know us. The shop has a few chairs and a table where the training happens. The fan on the ceiling hums a bit, and we usually have a window open to catch the breeze from the street. It is a practical environment where the focus is on learning and doing the job right. The students come from all over this part of Lucknow. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with everyone talking at once, but it is a friendly kind of noise. We keep our tools in simple plastic boxes and the mirrors are wiped down every morning before the first person arrives. It is just a regular part of the community in Sector H. We don't have fancy lights, but the work gets done and the students learn.
