Alchemist Salon

You can find us at A-1/4 in Vivek Khan, which is part of Gomti Nagar in Lucknow. We are situated very close to the Mithaiwala, so a lot of people stop in after they have been out getting sweets or snacks. Even though the name sounds a bit different, we are just a regular salon for the people living in this part of the city. Gomti Nagar is a nice area with lots of trees and houses, and our shop fits right in. We have a few modern chairs and some mirrors that we try to keep polished. The lighting is okay, not too bright but enough to see what we are doing. We have a small corner where people can sit and wait if the chairs are full. Usually, there is some light talk about local news or whatever is happening in Lucknow that day. We have a washbasin for hair and some shelves with different bottles of oils and shampoos. It is a quiet street mostly, except when the school nearby lets out. We don't do anything too complicated, just hair cutting and styling for whoever walks in. The staff is just local folks who know their way around a pair of scissors. It is a comfortable spot where you don't have to feel out of place. We just focus on getting the job done and keeping the shop tidy for the next person who visits.
