There’s usually dust on the floors and the smell of fresh produce around. We’ve got a small crew here. Everyone knows their job. We don’t have big meetings or anything like that; we just talk over whatever needs to be done that morning while the tea is still hot. Lucknow is a good place to be for this kind of thing because the logistics are straightforward enough once you know the routes. We've seen the neighborhood change over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the produce and the paperwork. It's a lot of heavy lifting and checking lists twice. We try to be fair with everyone we work with.
