Afreen Beauty Parlour

We are located in Aliganj, Lucknow, and the address is 226001. This is a small place where we do hair and basic beauty stuff for the ladies in the neighborhood. It’s not a fancy shop with big glass windows, just a regular door that stays open during the day. We have a couple of chairs that we bought a few years back. They are still good and comfortable enough for a quick haircut. The floor is made of white tiles, and I try to sweep it every time a customer leaves because the hair gets everywhere. Lucknow can be very dusty, so we have to wipe the mirrors a lot. My sister sometimes comes in to help me when there are more people waiting on the wooden bench we have near the entrance. We keep our threads and creams on a small shelf we put up ourselves. It’s nothing like those big salons you see in the malls. We just do simple work like threading and simple cuts. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just use hand fans until it comes back. People around here know us well. We don't really have a big sign, just the name Afreen Beauty Parlour on a board. We open around ten in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. It’s a quiet life and we just do our job the best we can with what we have.
