You can find Aeronics Consultoria Private Limited at House No. 48 in Badali Khera, Manas Nagar. It’s a residential neighborhood in Lucknow, so our office is actually a house. We like working here because it’s much more comfortable than a cold office building. There is a small garden out front that we try to keep tidy, though the grass grows fast during the monsoon. Inside, we’ve turned the main rooms into workspaces. We do consultancy work, mostly helping people with their business needs. The atmosphere is very laid back. We don’t have a dress code, so you’ll usually see us in jeans and shirts. Since we are in a house, we have a proper kitchen where we make our own tea and sometimes cook a small meal if we are working through lunch. The neighbors are mostly families, so it stays pretty peaceful during the day. We have our computers set up in what used to be the living room. There’s plenty of natural light coming through the windows. Sometimes the street dogs bark at people passing by, but that’s just part of life in Manas Nagar. We have been here for a bit and have gotten to know the people around the block. It feels like a home as much as a place of work. We handle our client calls and paperwork without needing a big corporate setup to get things done.
