Adyant Welfare Organisation Foundation is located at 1/90/I in Jankipuram Vistar. We are at R M Mishra’s place. Jankipuram Vistar is a newer part of the city, so the roads are a bit wider and things feel a bit more spread out than the older neighborhoods. It is a quiet residential area where you can actually hear the birds in the morning. Our office is part of the house, which keeps things very informal and relaxed. We don't have a big corporate sign or a security guard at the gate. You just come to the house number and we are right there. The atmosphere is very low-key. We spend a lot of time sitting around the table discussing what needs to happen next. R M Mishra’s house is a comfortable place to work from. There is a small garden area that we look out on, which is a nice change from the crowded city streets. We get things done without making a big fuss about it. The people who live around here are mostly families and retired folks. It’s a good environment for a foundation because it keeps us connected to real people and their daily lives. We don't have high-end office furniture or the latest gadgets. We just have what we need to keep the organization running and stay on top of our responsibilities here in Lucknow. It works well for us.
