You can find us up on the second floor of the New Shopping Complex in Janakipuram Vistar. We have two units, 310 and 315, so there is actually a bit of space for us to work. Being in the Sahara State area means we get a lot of local families coming in. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it is quieter up here away from the street noise of Lucknow. We have separate sections for hair and for the spa stuff. I tried to make the rooms feel okay, not too bright. We use standard towels and we make sure they are washed every day. Sometimes the mall gets a bit dusty, so we are always cleaning the glass doors. The staff here are just local people who know their work well. We do facials, hair spa, and all the regular salon things. It is not a huge corporate place, just a regular local business. We have some plants near the window that get a bit of sun during the day. People come here to relax a bit, so we don't talk too loudly or make a mess. The water heater sometimes takes a minute to warm up, but it works fine for what we need. We stay open until the complex closes at night. It is a decent spot if you live in Janakipuram and don't want to drive too far for a haircut.
