Aditya Industry

Aditya Industry is over at A-23 in the Industrial Area of Talkatora. This part of Lucknow is dedicated to manufacturing, so we fit right in with our neighbors. Our unit is a practical space where we focus on industrial production. It’s not a place for suits and ties. Most of the time, we are in our work clothes, dealing with the machines or the inventory. The Talkatora area has its own rhythm, with workers coming in shifts and trucks lining the roads. We’ve been here for a while, and the building shows its age a bit, but it serves us well. We have a small office section, but most of the action happens on the floor. We don’t really do big advertising campaigns. Most people find us because they need something specific made or processed, and they know we are here. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We focus on the tasks at hand, whether it’s maintaining the equipment or sorting out a delivery schedule. The summers here can be really intense, but we keep the fans going and stay on top of the production. There’s a sense of community among the businesses in this industrial zone. We all know each other and the challenges of working in this environment. It’s just a regular industrial life for us, day in and day out, making things that other industries need. We just keep plugging away.
