Adhikari Welfare Foundation

We are located at House Number 500 in Duda Colony, specifically the Lal Quater part of Sudamapuri. It is a busy little area and our office is right in the middle of all the houses. Adhikari Welfare Foundation is basically run out of this one main room that we’ve converted into an office space. It’s got a couple of ceiling fans that stay on all day and some old wooden chairs for when people come by to talk. We don't have fancy carpets or expensive furniture. Mostly, it’s just piles of paper, a few pens that actually work, and the sound of the neighborhood outside the window. You can hear kids playing and people shouting to each other on the street. It makes the workday go by faster. We usually start early before it gets too hot in the colony. The address is pretty easy to find once you get into Sudamapuri, even though the house numbers can be a bit confusing at first. We’ve been at H.No. 500 for a good while now. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filling out forms. It’s a very grounded way to run a foundation. We don't put on any acts; we just sit at our desks and try to stay on top of the work that needs finishing. It’s just a regular local spot.
