Our office is in Kalash Plaza, which is located in the Aliganj area of Lucknow. We are right Bh Petrol Pump at Purania Chowk. It’s a very busy intersection, so there’s always a lot of movement around us. Kalash Plaza is a familiar building to most people living in Aliganj. We are up on one of the floors, and you can see the traffic moving through Purania from our windows. The rooms are set up with long tables and chairs for the students who come here. We have a lot of books, mostly thick ones, piled up on the shelves and even on the floor sometimes. Preparing for exams is a long process, so we see the same faces for months at a time. The atmosphere is generally quiet inside, which is a big contrast to the noise from the petrol pump and the main road outside. We spend our mornings sorting through newspapers and making notes. The air conditioning works most of the time, but when it doesn't, we just open the windows and deal with the heat. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us running the daily operations and making sure the schedules are followed. Most people find out about us by just walking past the plaza or hearing from someone else in Lucknow. It’s a straightforward place with a focus on getting the work done.
