Academic Monk Private Limited is situated out near Chinhat, in a place called Nizampur Malhaur. Our address is Plot No 6, Khasra No 404, which sounds more complicated than it actually is. It’s a bit of a developing area, so you’ll see a mix of new brick buildings and open fields around us. The office itself is a straightforward structure on our plot. We don’t have a lot of the bells and whistles you might find in a city center office. It’s just us, some desks, and a lot of work to get through. The road out here can be a bit bumpy, especially when it rains, so we usually tell people to drive carefully. Being in Chinhat means we are away from the worst of the Lucknow traffic, which is a nice change. We spend our mornings getting the systems running and our afternoons dealing with the academic side of the business. It’s a quiet place for the most part, except for the birds and the occasional motorbike passing by. We like the simplicity of being out here in Nizampur Malhaur. It feels honest and grounded. There’s no pressure to look like a big corporation, so we just wear comfortable clothes and focus on what needs to be done. It’s a good spot for us to grow without all the distractions of the city. We enjoy the extra space and the slower pace.
