You can find us at 9/301 in Om Plaza, right on Vikas Nagar Road. We’re quite close to Rida Hospital, so it’s a landmark most people in Lucknow know well. Our salon and spa is a place where local women come to take a break for an hour or two. Vikas Nagar is a busy area, but once you walk into Om Plaza and find our door, it’s much calmer. We have been here for a while, and the walls have seen many different styles and trends come and go. It’s a lot of work keeping a spa running, with all the oils and the laundry and making sure everything is ready for the next person. We don't have a huge staff, but the people who work here are good at what they do and don't make a big deal out of it. The mirrors are large and the chairs are the kind you can sink into. Sometimes we have three or four ladies in here all talking at once, and it gets quite lively. Other times, it’s just the sound of the hair dryer and the cars passing by outside. We don't use any fancy talk to describe what we do; it's just beauty work and relaxation for whoever needs it. It’s a practical business, and we try to keep things running smoothly every day of the week, even when things get a little bit hectic during wedding seasons.
