You’ll find our college out on Jalkot Road in the Bodhan Nagar area of Udgir. Being in this part of Maharashtra, we see a lot of students coming in from the nearby villages and smaller towns. The building sits right along the road, so it’s easy to spot for anyone traveling past. It’s a plain structure, nothing fancy, with several classrooms and a basic office for handling the admissions. We have a fair amount of open space around the building where students sit under the trees when it’s hot outside. The dust from Jalkot Road can be a bit much sometimes when trucks go by, but we’re used to it. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high and the rooms get warm. The halls are usually loud with students talking between their lectures. We don’t have high-tech gadgets in every room, just the usual benches, desks, and boards. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time and they know the families in Udgir very well. It’s a simple life here. We focus on the daily lessons and making sure the exams go off without any trouble or delays. There isn’t a big canteen on the premises, so everyone usually brings their own lunch or buys something from the small stalls nearby. It’s a decent place to spend the day, and we try to keep things running as smoothly as we can for everyone involved.
