Sphericity Systems Private Limited

We are based out of Majge Nagar in Latur, specifically at the home of Kanchan Prabhakar Zunje. It’s a local setup for Sphericity Systems Private Limited. Being in a place like Latur, things are a bit slower than the big metro areas, which we actually like. We don't have a giant glass office or a sign on the roof. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our workspace. Most days, it’s just the sound of us typing and the occasional sound from the street outside. We work on various tech systems and try to keep everything running smoothly. Sometimes we run into problems that take a few days to fix, and it can be pretty tiring. We aren't big on formalities here. Most of us just show up in whatever clothes are comfortable and get to work. We don't have a boss who walks around in a suit. It’s more like a group of friends working on projects together. We have our tea breaks in the afternoon, and that’s usually when we catch up on things. It’s a simple life and we don’t feel the need to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just want to do honest work and make sure the projects are finished on time. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy with plenty of tasks throughout the month.
