Shephered India

Down on Mandavgaon Road in Shrigonda, things move at a certain pace. Shephered India is located right along that stretch of road. It’s not a very big setup, but we have enough space for what we do here. Most of the time, the air is dusty from the trucks going by on the road outside. We spend a lot of our hours just managing the day-to-day tasks that come up. There’s a desk with some old papers and a computer that’s seen better days, but it works fine for us. People sometimes stop by to ask directions or to see what’s going on, and we usually have a bit of time to talk. It’s a practical kind of place. We don’t have fancy decorations on the walls or any of that corporate stuff you see in the bigger cities. It’s just a workspace where we try to keep things organized. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit of a mess, and we have to be careful about tracking mud inside. Shrigonda is a quiet enough place overall, and being on Mandavgaon Road means we are part of that local rhythm. We’ve been at this for a bit now, just sticking to our routine and getting the work finished before the sun goes down. It’s simple, honest work, and we like being part of the community here without making a big fuss about it.
