Latur. Desai Nagar. Venkateshwara Residency. Flat 01. It’s a quiet residential area in Latur. Not like the main market. We are based out of a flat on the ground floor. It makes it easy for people to find us. Latur can get very hot in the summer. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is running right. We focus on the hotels we manage. It’s a lot of work. The neighborhood is friendly. People know us at Desai Nagar. We started this because we wanted to do something in our hometown. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls. Just a regular home converted into a workspace. We have a few desks and a lot of files. Sometimes it feels more like a house than an office. We like it that way. It’s more relaxed. We talk to the hotel staff every morning. There’s always something that needs fixing or someone who needs help. We don’t have a big marketing department. We just do the work ourselves. Most of our days are spent on the phone or driving between places. It’s honest work and we take it seriously. We’ve been in Latur for a long time and we know how things work here. We know the best places to get supplies and which contractors actually show up on time. The residency is quiet during the day which helps us focus. We usually have the radio playing in the background. It’s mostly local news or some old songs. We just want to do a good job.
