Prasadom Private Limited

Prasadom Private Limited is a bit different from your usual city office. We are located in Kathpur, which is in the Latur district. We operate out of a space provided by Balaji Maske. It’s a more rural setting than the big tech parks in Pune or Mumbai. The pace here is a bit slower, but that doesn't mean we aren't busy. We handle our work from this local base, and it works out well for us. There aren't many big office buildings in Kathpur, so everyone knows where we are. We don't have air conditioning in every room, and sometimes the power cuts out, but we just deal with it. It’s part of living and working in this part of the country. Our team is small and mostly from the surrounding area. We don't use any fancy management techniques. We just talk to each other and get the work finished. The office is simple, with just the basic furniture and tools we need. We usually take a long break during the hottest part of the afternoon. It’s a very grounded way to run a company. We don't have any interest in sounding like a big corporation. We’re just local people doing our thing in Latur. It’s honest work and we’re happy to be doing it right here in our own community. That’s really all there is to Prasadom. We take things as they come and just keep pushing forward with our daily tasks.
