Praneel Engineering

Being out here in MIDC Waluj means we’re surrounded by other workshops and factories. Our spot at E-70/25 isn’t anything special to look at, but it’s where we get the engineering work done. We’ve got some machines that have seen better days, but they still run fine if you know how to handle them. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the metalwork going on. We don’t really have a front desk or anyone to greet you with a smile; usually, someone just looks up from what they’re doing. We handle a lot of different parts for various people. Some jobs are small and quick, while others take a lot longer than we expect. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the floor gets cluttered with scraps and tools. It’s just the nature of this kind of work. We’ve been here for a good few years now. The commute isn’t the best, but we like the community of workers around here. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. We’re just a bunch of guys who know our way around metal and drawings. If something breaks, we fix it. That’s pretty much the whole story. No need to make it sound more complicated than it is. We drink a lot of tea to keep going in the afternoons. Sometimes we talk about sports, but mostly we talk about the jobs we have to finish. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
