We are located out at the T Point in Fardapur, which is part of the Soyegaon area in Aurangabad district. It is a bit of a different pace out here compared to the bigger cities, but we stay just as busy with the ECCD work. The office is right by the junction, so we see all the trucks and cars passing through all day long. It can get quite dusty when the wind picks up, but that is just how it is in this part of the country. We have a very straightforward setup. It’s a functional building where we keep our records and manage the local projects. We have been at this spot for quite some time now. The sun can be really punishing in the middle of the day, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early in the morning. We are just a local crew doing our bit for the company. There aren't any flashy signs or corporate posters in our office. We mostly have maps and project charts pinned to the walls. We know the people in Fardapur and often stop by the local stalls for a quick bite or some water. It is a very down-to-earth environment. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We just show up every day, handle the logistics, and make sure everything is where it should be. It is a steady way to work in a quiet part of the district.
