We are based at Bungalow Number 13 in the S.B.H. Colony, right on Ambajogai Road here in Latur. Our name is Mentominds Academy LLP. We are a small educational academy, and we work out of this bungalow rather than a big office building. It’s a bit more of a relaxed setting, which we think helps the students feel more at ease. Latur is very well known for its education, and we’re just one of the local places where people come to learn. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of polished marketing materials. It’s just a handful of us who handle the teaching and the day-to-day running of the place. We spend most of our time in the classrooms or sitting around a table discussing different subjects. We don't have any fancy mission statements or promotional talk. We just show up every day and do the work. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays pretty quiet, which is good for focusing on studies. We handle our own paperwork and talk to the parents ourselves. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. We aren't looking to be a huge chain of schools. We just want to do a good job for the people who live around Ambajogai Road. It’s honest, simple work that keeps us busy and feels useful to the community we are part of.
