Kannad is a nice area but the work here is steady and demanding. We don't go for anything flashy. Our setup in Mohara is pretty basic because we prefer to focus on the actual work instead of how the office looks. Most of the people who work here are from nearby villages. We know everyone’s name and their families too. It’s that kind of place. We handle various enterprise tasks and it keeps us on our toes. Some mornings are cold when we start, especially in the winter months. We just grab a hot drink and get to it. You won't see us putting out big brochures or anything. Sometimes the supplies don't show up on time or the power goes out, but we manage. It’s just about being practical and solving problems as they come up. We like being in Mohara. It’s home for us.
