Ekvira General Store

I run Ekvira General Store over in Samarth Nagar, right near the Aim Computer center in Kannad. Since we are so close to the computer classes, we see a lot of students coming in every day. They usually want pens, notebooks, or just a quick snack between their lessons. It is a small shop but we try to pack in everything from groceries to stationery. My family helped me set this up a few years back. The space is a bit tight so you have to be careful not to knock anything over when you walk in. I try to keep the place organized but with so many small items, it's a bit of a challenge. The street outside is usually quiet compared to the main market area which I like. We don't have a lot of help so I'm usually here from the moment we open until we lock up at night. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to tell me about their day while I'm weighing out sugar or flour. It’s a simple life and the shop keeps me busy enough. I don't really have big plans for it, just want to keep serving the people who live and study around here. In the evenings, it gets a bit more crowded when people are heading home from work. We just do our best to have what they are looking for without making things too complicated.
