Our place is over in Balanagar, specifically at the Technocrats Industrial Estate. It’s a good location for what we do because there are plenty of other shops around that understand the trade. We’ve been at Plot D-31 for some time now. Dealing with industrial work means there is always a lot of noise and movement throughout the day. We handle a lot of different projects every week. Some days are slower than others, but we usually find something to keep us busy. The tea guy comes by around 11 every morning, which is a nice break for the whole crew. We focus on the tasks at hand and try not to get too distracted by the general chaos of the industrial park. It’s not a shiny corporate office with carpets; it’s a working site. You’ll see tools and spare parts lying around because we are always in the middle of a job. The staff here has been together for a bit, so we know how to work around each other’s habits and moods. It can get really hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months when the sun hits the roof. We just make sure the jobs get finished before we head home. Sometimes clients come by to check on their orders and we just show them what’s happening on the floor. It’s straightforward, honest work. We don't have big speeches. We just take the orders and fulfill them as best as we can.
