Optiwave Photonics Limited

Our place is located at Plot No. 70 on Road No. 10 in the Ida Mallapur area. It’s an industrial zone, so there are a lot of other businesses doing manufacturing and technical work nearby. We focus on photonics, which involves a lot of light-based technology and fiber optics. It’s delicate work. We have a lab area where we have to be careful about dust and keeping things clean. The staff here are mostly technical people who have spent a lot of time studying how light moves through cables. It’s not the kind of job where you can rush things. We have a lot of specialized equipment that we use every day. Mallapur is a bit far out for some, but it’s a good spot for this kind of industry. The building itself is pretty plain, just a standard industrial unit with some office space attached. We don't do much in the way of marketing or big events. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Sometimes the power goes out in the area, which can be a bit of a hassle for our machines, but we have backups for that. It’s a quiet, hardworking environment. Most days are spent looking through microscopes or checking connections on the test benches. We like it here because it lets us focus on the work without too many distractions.
