Out at Plot No. 88 in Balanagar, the industrial vibe is everywhere. Nucon Industries is situated right in the middle of it. It’s a practical space. We’ve got the machines running most of the time, and the air smells a bit like metal and oil. It’s not a quiet place, but you get used to the hum after a few minutes. We have a lot of people working here, mostly folks from around the local area. We don't really have a big reception area with flowers or anything like that. You just walk in and see people busy at their stations. We spend our time looking at drawings and making sure the production line isn't stuck. Balanagar is an old industrial spot, so the roads are a bit rough, but it feels like a real place where things actually get made. We take our breaks together, usually just sitting around and chatting. It’s a long day, starting early and ending when the shift is done. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or parts being delayed, which is frustrating, but we manage. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand rules. We just have a way of doing things that works for the team. It’s about getting the job done right so we can go home knowing we did our bit. That’s the reality of it here. We just do our best with what we have and keep things moving.
