National Council For Cement & Building Materials is our name. Our office is located at Flatno.01-07-266/101, inside Balaji Residency. This is in Hanuman Nagar, which is part of the Chaitanyapuri area in Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad. The pin code for us is 500060. Being in Andhra Pradesh, we deal with a lot of local stuff related to cement and building materials. The office itself is in a residential-style building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a big office tower. We have some desks, a few cupboards full of samples, and a lot of technical books. Chaitanyapuri is a very busy area, so there’s always a lot of noise from the street. It’s a bit of a climb to get to the flat, but it’s not too bad. We’ve been at Balaji Residency for a good while. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate perks. It’s just a place where we do our research and handle our reports. We try to be helpful to anyone who comes in, even if we are buried under a pile of papers. The work isn't always glamorous, but it keeps us busy. We are just a group of people who know a lot about building materials. We don’t bother with big speeches. We just stay here in Dilsukhnagar and do what we are supposed to do every day.
